This website collects nothing

There are no forms, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no embedded third-party content. The site stores absolutely nothing in your browser: no cookies and no local storage. The hosting provider records connection data such as your IP address for security and operation.

When you contact us

Processing begins when you get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email. We use what you tell us solely to reply, advise you, arrange an appointment and provide the service you ask for. If you write on WhatsApp, the conversation also passes through Meta’s servers under their own terms.

• Purpose: answering your enquiry and managing your appointment
• Legal basis: your consent in contacting us, and the service relationship
• No automated decision-making and no profiling

How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted once they are no longer useful in helping you.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by writing to domenech.peluqueros@gmail.com, stating what you are asking for. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your request has not been handled.

Photographs and health data

We do not publish anyone’s image without their express written consent, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time. Please avoid sending medical reports through general channels: if they are needed for an assessment, we agree the channel and the purpose beforehand.
